Internship: Human Resource Management
Program Overview:
The Human Resources Intern will directly assist the Human Resources Department with a wide range of projects related to HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding, employee benefits, and company events. The candidate will use the verbal and written communication tools they have learned through education and apply them to a professional setting. The candidate will gain a better understanding of Human Resources.
Program Location:
Program is based at our Headquarters in Camden, NJ (across the river from Philadelphia, PA). We operate on a Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
Responsibilities:
1. Work with the HR Management team to drive HR Service and Program Management delivery across the enterprise.
2. Exposure to enterprise HR operations including internal communications, HR tech infrastructure, Employee Relations Center of Excellence, and other programs.
3. Collaborate with HR leaders to support process-improvement projects and day-to-day tasks.
4. Engage in personal and professional development.
5. Gain exposure to senior leadership and strategic business activities and decisions.
6. Receive coaching and feedback from an assigned mentor.
7. Follow a robust learning plan with internal opportunities through Campbell.

What You’ll Need:
1. Current undergraduate student completing their degree in spring/summer 2026, with an emphasis in Human Resources required.
2. Passion for learning and willingness to ask questions and work independently.
