As a Lead Electrician, you’ll play a key role in the Team, maintaining customer homes, communal spaces, and commercial premises. You’ll be responsible for electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations while supporting the Electrical Supervisor with inspections, asset checks, and team guidance. We are looking for an existing Multi Skilled Electrician who is looking to take the next step in their Pobl career. The role of Multi Skilled Electrician (Lead) has been introduced to further train and develop our Multi skilled Electricians to allow them to progress. This is an opportunity to enhance on current skills and learn new skills around leadership and surveying. We are offering full training, coaching and support, all you will need is the passion and desire to develop, have an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation and a time served apprenticeship, along with current regulations and up to date City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394 & 2395) in Wiring Regulations. What are the pay and benefits? The salary for this role is £38,651 for a 40 hour full time permanent position Work Van and fuel card 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays, rising to 30 days with length of service Working days are predominantly Monday to Friday days or you have the opportunity to work compressed hours on a 9 day fortnight Your base location will be set closest to your home. It is essential for the successful candidate to have a full drivers licence The successful candidate will need a basic DBS check in place, which we pay for.
