Office Administrator
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Welcoming customers and guests.
* Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.
* Handling bookkeeping and billing cycles for the business.
* Dealing with Despatch and Goods in.
* Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel and financial information.
* Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment.
* Ability to prioritise, with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
* Delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner.
* Demonstrating the appropriate level of capability and accuracy. In-house training will be provided.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Administration: 1 year (preferred)
* Working knowledge of computers, Excel, and Word.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
On-site parking
Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 37.5 hours per week – hours to be agreed.
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Skelmersdale: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
