Our established client is looking for a hard-working administrator to join their team, provisionally as maternity cover. Your daily tasks will include (but not be limited to) Receive calls from customers and support with queries Assist with customer email enquiries Complete general admin duties whilst being diligent and compliant Complete notes/meeting minutes effectively Offer full support to customers and offer suitable resolutions General admin/data input. Days of work in this role are Monday to Friday, hours are 08:30-17:00. Please ensure you meet the following criteria before applying: Experience working in an office/admin environment Minimum GCSE qualified, with Maths and English passed (or equivalent) Good keyboard ability and experienced with Microsoft Office and Google Docs. You as a person Good communicator Hard-working Reliable Diligent Fair Approachable. In this position, you will earn a salary of £24,000 p/a. This equates to £11.54 per hour.
