About the Role: A scaffold labourer plays a crucial role in construction projects, ensuring that scaffolding structures are safely erected and dismantled. Here are some of their key duties: Erecting Scaffolding: Assisting in the assembly of scaffolding structures, ensuring they are stable and secure. Dismantling Scaffolding: Safely taking down scaffolding structures once they are no longer needed. Inspecting Components: Checking scaffolding parts for defects or damage before use to ensure safety. Transporting Materials: Moving scaffolding materials to and from the construction site. Maintaining Equipment: Performing maintenance and repairs on scaffolding equipment as needed. Following Safety Guidelines: Adhering to all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on site These tasks require physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
