With a diverse portfolio of over 3000 properties including residential, offices, churches, social centres, shops and farms, you’re guaranteed to broaden your knowledge and showcase your customer service skills.
Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager and working closely with Estates Managers, Contractors, and the Property Team, you will ensure all reactive repairs are managed to secure an early resolution to the satisfaction of the customer.
You will cover a specific geographical area (Scotland) as the first point of contact on the Property Helpdesk.
This role offers a hybrid working pattern, allowing 2 days in the office and 3 from home, with occasional travel to Scotland once a month.
A flexible 35-hour week and 25 days annual leave will help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
