We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Art Technician to join our fantastic team at Chorlton High School.
This is a Grade 3, permanent post working 35 hours per week, all year round. The full-time equivalent is £24,404.
We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of the relevant subject area and awareness of how these can contribute to the provision of the subject within the school. They must be able to support pupils in accessing learning activities under the guidance of the teacher, and have the ability to create and maintain a purposeful, orderly, and productive working environment within the specific curriculum or resource area.
Main Purpose Of The Job
1. To work collaboratively with all stakeholders in order to support students to become creative, happy & successful.
2. Under the direction of senior staff, to provide technical support in a specific curriculum or resource area, including preparation and maintenance of resources and to provide general support to staff and pupils.
3. To make a key contribution to the development and support of the school through the provision of technical support in a specific curriculum or resource area.
