Join our Team as a Logistics Administrator (Programming & Staging) Location: Whiteley Salary: £27,250 Per Annum Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm About the role: Step into a dynamic and collaborative environment as a Logistics Administrator, where you'll play a vital role to ensure smooth operations within our Supply Chain & Logistics team. Working closely with the Head of Supply Chain, your functions will include the staging and programming of broadband routers, mobile phones, and tablets, plus assisting with inbound and outbound shipments. A problem-solver who tackles obstacles independently and creatively. Key responsibilities: Program broadband routers and customise devices to meet customer needs. Label, allocate, and prepare shipments, ensuring devices are ready for dispatch. Manage and process returns efficiently, conducting testing, validation, and secure data erasure of mobile devices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on company systems. Analyse and process datasets for third-party shipments. Carry out stock checks, validate shipments, and ensure inventory control procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and designated areas to support operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of logistics operations. Adapt to evolving processes, roles, and responsibilities within the logistics function.
