Laidlaw Schools Trust is a growing multi-academy trust dedicated to providing high-quality education in a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. We are seeking an Estates, Health & Safety Administrator to join our team and support the management of our estate and health & safety compliance across our school sites.
Initially a 1-year fixed term contract with potential for a longer-term position, this role will report to the Head of Estates and contribute to the effective development of the estates strategy by working closely with a multidisciplinary estates and facilities team to ensure a safe, efficient and effective environment.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
1. Knowledge of health & safety regulations and statutory compliance
2. Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting)
3. Effective communication and project coordination skills
4. Attention to detail
5. Access to your own vehicle to be able to visit our school sites is essential.
We are looking for a key individual who has a positive outlook and interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders. You will need to be organised to ensure the trust requirement for structure is reflected in managing policies and procedures and adopt a holistic and integrated approach to risk management by using tools and technology to proactively mitigate potential risk and work toward sustained improvements to ensure the trust meets its health and safety obligations.
