Site Manager – New Build Hotel - Windsor Our client are a leading Main Contractor throughout London and Surrey and are looking for a highly experienced Site Manager to lead the construction of a new build hotel. This exciting 18-month project offers the opportunity to manage a landmark development from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing all site operations to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Managing subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers effectively. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all stages of construction. Coordinating with project stakeholders and reporting progress to senior management. Resolving on-site challenges promptly to maintain workflow and project quality. Requirements: Proven experience managing large-scale new build projects, ideally in hospitality or commercial sectors. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Excellent communication abilities for liaising with teams and stakeholders.
