We are looking for someone dynamic, visionary and commercially creative who understands that marketing plays a pivotal part in delivering business strategy.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join us on a Permanent Contract.
The successful candidate will support the development of a customer value proposition and marketing plan; and to then manage the execution of that marketing plan.
Responsibilities:
* To work with the Senior Brand Manager and business stakeholders to develop a Customer Value Proposition and marketing plan.
* To develop and manage a team to ensure the professional execution of the marketing plan.
* To be the interface between the Marketing team and the business stakeholders.
* To work closely with external agencies and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely, relevant execution of the marketing plan.
* To be the custodian of two of our business brands; Keyline Civils Specialist and CCF.
* To work with the wider team to provide insight on all marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future campaigns.
* To ensure spend is in line with budgets, working closely with the Senior Brand Manager.
* Build and maintain relationships within the business, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
This role is Hybrid working, so travel to our Head Office based in Northampton is required twice a week! Some travel may be required to branches/site visits.
What you’ll need to know:
* Previous experience of working in a Marketing role.
* Multichannel knowledge.
* Event and marketing productions experience.
* Project management experience.
* Able to communicate effectively at all levels and maintain contact with key stakeholders.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Marketing best practices across most channels.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
