Children's Home Registered Manager16 Accommodation Experienced (Registered Manager for 16plus leaving care), passionate/skilled and child focussed to join our dynamic team and oversee the day to day running of our supported accommodation services. As a Registered Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of our young people, ensuring they receive the highest standards of care and support. Responsibilities: Provi de overall leadership and direction for our supported accommodation services Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, local authority requirements, and other relevant legislation Oversee the development, implementation, and review of person-centred care plans Lead and manage a team of support workers, providing access to training, supervision, and performance management Collaborate with external agencies, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate records, documentation, and management information system Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and quality assurance review Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and client outcomes Qualifications and Experience: Registration with Ofsted childrens residential home as a Registered Manager is advantageous.
