As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be right at the heart of our client’s team, making sure everything runs smoothly and customers leave happy. Here’s what you’ll be up to: Delivering brilliant customer service, responding to enquiries with a smile, and keeping things professional at all times. Handling orders from start to finish, including processing sales orders and preparing quotes. Taking care of both incoming and outgoing calls, answering customer questions, and resolving any issues promptly. Providing top-notch admin support to the external sales teams and keeping data accurate and up to date. Working closely with the warehouse and procurement teams to ensure speedy delivery and spot-on customisation of products. Managing product returns and keeping customers updated on the latest products and services. Rolling up your sleeves to help out with the team’s workload, making sure targets are met. Becoming a product knowledge whizz so you can advise customers like a pro. Assisting the Customer Services Manager with all things customer communication and taking on any other exciting tasks that come your way. Who We’re Looking For: Our client is after someone who’s got the skills and the personality to match. Here’s what makes the ideal candidate: Experience in customer service and admin roles. Excellent communication skills and a knack for managing time. A keen eye for detail and the confidence to tackle customer issues head-on. A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to learn.
