Finance-Savvy PA / EA - Hybrid | Essex / Redbridge | 4–5 Days/Week

We’re now looking for a collaborative, finance-minded, and tech-savvy Personal / Executive Assistant to support our team.
This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who’s highly organised, proactive, and passionate about making things run better — through smarter systems, strong relationships, and a commitment to meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing day-to-day PA/EA support to senior leadership
• Managing budgets, invoicing, and reporting via Xero
• Monitoring costs and being proactive in offering financial and operational solutions
• Chasing debtors and handling internal payroll queries
• Supporting and maintaining a strong working relationship with outsourced accountants, particularly for management information and payroll
• Using booking system data to set and track KPIs and inform decisions
• Conducting cost-benefit analysis for projects and initiatives
• Supporting project planning, monitoring, and reporting
• Overseeing admin tasks including:
• Fleet vehicle management
• Health & safety across premises
• Supervising junior admin/finance support staff
• Collaborating with care operations to support best ways of working
• Encouraging and implementing smarter tools, including AI and automation

About You:
• Experienced PA / EA, with a strong finance background
• Proficient in Xero and confident with budgeting and reporting
• Skilled at cost-benefit analysis and interpreting operational data
• Comfortable working with booking systems and setting KPI targets
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused
• Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships (internal teams + outsourced accountants)
• Friendly, collaborative, and team-minded
• Open to modern tools and systems, including AI
• Based in or near Essex / Redbridge, with flexibility for hybrid working
