Technical Support Administrator
Harlow, Essex
Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 4:30pm
Hybrid Working (minimum of 2 days based in the office)
Our client is the leading service provider of Managed Equipment Services (MES) for the NHS and the private health sector in the UK. They are currently looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join their team based at their Service Centre in Harlow.
To be considered for this role you must have at least 3 years UK based experience as an administrator with the ability to manage substantial workloads, be able to multi task, have excellent time management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support within the Technical Support Department
2. Perform data mining activities on a variety of sources and producing reports as required
3. Ensure equipment records and reports are managed, consolidated, and archived correctly
4. Write, record, and distribute minutes for department meetings and other meetings as required
5. Ensure continuity of information within area of responsibility
6. Undertake other reasonable tasks as directed by UK Technical Support Manager
