Our growing client based in LS27 are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join there team on an ongoing basis with the chance to go permanent.
Your role-
Communicating with Field and Internal Sales Teams confirming bookings
Dealing with enquiries / escalations from the wider business
Checking weekly invoices and challenge any discrepancies
Ensuring all customers / escalations / claims are logged and up to date
Working effectively
Meeting targets
Provide feedback to Internal Sales Teams
Assist the Team Leader to produce meaningful KPI's and weekly reporting
Respond to all incidents in a timely manner
Taking a dealing with calls from Clients / Customers for queries with suppliers The ideal candidate-
Excellent telephone manner
Keen eye for detail
Can work in a timely mannerWe have 2 shifts available
1, Monday to Friday 12.00-18.30
2, Must work 5 days to inc Monday and Saturday have Sunday off and days through the week.
