Shift and schedule: Flexitime, Monday to Friday
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Take a lead role in designing and structuring the layout of CRM systems.
2. Create Photoshop Design Files (PSDs) to visually represent the CRM system layout.
3. Design the architecture of the application components, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
4. Determine the most suitable technologies and languages for the CRM project.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in existing CRM projects.
6. Conduct performance benchmarking tests and provide code reviews for colleagues.
7. Build and test Application Program Interfaces (APIs) to facilitate application data exchange.
8. Stay updated with new technologies, frameworks, and languages, and conduct testing to incorporate them into CRM projects.
9. Collaborate with Copywriters, Graphic Designers, and Developers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
10. Communicate with business users to understand their requirements, address issues, and implement enhancements.
11. Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Skills & Experience:
1. Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning component development.
2. Experience in designing and developing complex Salesforce projects from start to finish.
3. Familiarity with CI/CD processes through Salesforce DX, GitHub, Gearset, or Jenkins.
4. Experience with work tracking software such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jira.
5. Knowledge of REST API integration and data migration tools such as Data Loader and Talend.
6. Familiarity with Apex Classes and Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
7. Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, growing business environment.
8. Salesforce Administration Certification or Developer Certification.
9. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce development.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 a year
Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Warrington
