Job Title: Sports Centre duty officer
Location: Rotherham
Part time Evenings & Weekends (18hrs per week, all year round)

£22,900 (£11,140.54 pro-rata) per annum + benefits
Job Duties:
Provide and ensure high standard of service when dealing with customers, colleagues and visitors to the Sports facility
Take ownership in responding to customer enquiries, complaints and suggestions.
Taking bookings for sports, physical activity sessions and enrolments for coached and school holiday activities
Selling memberships, events, activities and equipment
Participate in the operation of a maintenance monitoring system for the sports facilities and all related equipment and assets to ensure that they are kept in good condition and are safe to use, reporting defects in accordance with the reporting procedure
What you'll need:
DBS on the update service
Experience of delivering Fitness Class or Fitness Instruction
Experience of working in a supervisory capacity in a leisure environment
Level 2 Gym Instructor or similar qualifications
Work in a professional and confidential manner with a high degree of integrity and flexibility.

Support staff and act as Duty Officer & key holder whilst on duty.
To mentor and monitor the staff performance, of fitness staff, apprentices and sports coaching staff.
