Job Title: Customer Service Assistant at Premier Tarnbrook Stores
Hours: Minimum 16 hours per week
Salary: £11.50 per hour plus staff discount
Working Hours: Wednesday 4pm-9pm, Friday 4pm-9pm, Saturday 3pm-9pm
Role and Responsibilities: This is a customer-facing role, so excellent customer service is a must. You will be part of a small team but will work shifts as an individual, so reliability is very important and the ability to work following initiative. The contract is for 16 hours per week, but there will be opportunity for extra hours. Complete flexibility to work around staff holidays, days off, and sickness is essential. You need to be willing and physically able to lift reasonably weighted loads and bring in deliveries.
