Following an internal promotion, we’re looking for a Reception & Customer Care person to join our team at Miles Toyota, an official Toyota representative in the heart of Christchurch.

About the role
As the first point of contact for many customers arriving at the showroom, you’ll be responsible for greeting those customers, welcoming them to our showroom – including hot drinks and refreshments (don’t worry, we have a self-operating espresso machine!) – and helping them to find the right team to suit their visit. You’ll also be answering the phone, assisting with directing online enquiries, supporting our accounts team, and other general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and welcome them to our showroom

* Support the accounts team and perform general administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Professionally presented
* A positive and welcoming demeanour with excellent phone manner
* Full rights to work in New Zealand
* No experience required as all training and support will be provided
