About the Role We are looking for an exceptional Sales Office Manager to lead the meeting and events Sales Office at Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross. Acting as the main point of contact within the Sales Office you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. You will lead the M&E Sales team to ensure the growth of sales, margin and profitability within the hotel in order to achieve and exceed the departments' budgeted revenue and profitability, whilst maintaining quality standards and high levels of customer service. Reporting into the Director of Sales you will work closely with multiple stakeholders within the business including the General Manager and Revenue Manager to drive revenue from both existing local clients and new organisations. What we are looking for: You must already be an established Sales Office Manager from a busy conference hotel ideally from a branded 4-star hotel background but not essential. Previous experience of achieving sales and setting and understanding revenue targets and strategy. You must have a hotel sales focused background with knowledge of Opera system is preferred Experience of managing a small team of experienced Sales Executives and are happy to work with them to deliver expectations and support them in their growth in their career. Used to handling a high volume of enquiries and dealing with these in a timely and professional manner. A flair for customer service and delivery an exception client experience.
