A fantastic opening has arisen for a motivated and organised Junior Project Manager to join the Group Informatics team at Manchester Foundation Trust (MFT).

Main duties of the job
The Junior Project Manager is responsible for assisting (across the full range of project management tasks) in the management of multiple projects; coordinating project and workstream activities to support the design, development, management and delivery of projects within the Group Informatics Service. The post-holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of project activities to support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in delivering multiple projects in line with strategic objectives and the approved Group Informatics Portfolio of work.

Qualifications
* Education to Degree or equivalent level of experience within Informatics
* Prince 2 Foundation
* Educated to GCSE/O'Level English and maths or equivalent level
* Microsoft Project Foundation
* Agile Project Management
Training
* Evidence of Continued Professional Development, including specialist training in areas such as: Risk Management, Programme and Project Delivery methodologies (including Prince 2), MS Project Planning, Change Management and Control
Experience/Knowledge
* Ability to lead change projects utilising project management methodologies
* Ability to work with teams from both technical and non-technical backgrounds in a matrix environment
* Ability to apply budgeting, benefits tracking, and demand management principles to projects
* Ability to apply and appreciate project finances, risk, issue, and dependency management within projects
* Ability to apply all aspects of project documentation and administration relating to successful management and communications of projects
* Able to use Microsoft Project, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
* Experience in leading change projects utilising project management methodologies in a health and/or social care environment
