Job Title – Contact Centre and Telecoms Consultant Location – Market Harborough, LE16 7WB (1 day a week) Salary – £40,000 – 50,000 Duration – Permanent / Full Time Sector – IT consulting We are 4C Strategies, one of the leading independent IT infrastructure consultancies in the UK public sector. Due to some new exciting business opportunities, we are expanding our team and looking for a talented Contact Centre and Telecoms Consultant to join us. Could this be you? You will have contact centre, telephony and some data networking experience in a client-facing role. You will provide guidance and expertise whilst building professional business relationships with customers and suppliers. Interested? What we need you to bring to the team: • Experience with complex telephony, contact centre systems and networking solutions in a technical delivery or consulting capacity. • A good understanding of enterprise and communications technologies as a consultant rather than an end user. • Presentation experience to project teams and business stakeholders. • High levels of self-motivation and a desire to grow and be part of the company • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Previous technical support or project experience.
