Mapped Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a vegan beauty brand on their search for a Creative Marketing Manager to join their team permanently. This is a newly created role reporting to the founders of the business. The successful candidate will work with key UK retailers as well as international accounts and shape the brand's online voice and campaign strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and more. Key Responsibilities: Creative & Offline Marketing Create disruptive and memorable in-store marketing for our UK & international retailers Concept and execute offline brand activations that create buzz online — from pop-ups to influencer-friendly experiences. Build and execute seasonal campaign toolkits for retail partners to drive sell-through. Brand & Tone Develop and own brand tone and visual language, bringing consistency across all channels. Collaborate with the founder and creative team to evolve into a sustainable, emotionally resonant brand. Digital & Launch Campaigns Support product launches (new and hero lines) with 360 campaigns — online and offline. Retail Collaboration Work closely with UK and global retailers to roll out creative campaigns and brand moments. Develop co-branded initiatives and in-store storytelling to strengthen visibility and brand loyalty. Key Requirements: Proven experience in creative marketing, brand experience, or event activations within the beauty industry is essential ideally covering UK/International Markets A visionary thinker with a track record of bringing bold, experiential brand ideas to life. Experience in planning and executing pop-up events, experiential campaigns, and creative stunts that gain attention both offline and online will be beneficial A network of industry contacts (agencies, suppliers, influencers) to help execute activations effectively. Ability to think outside the box and push creative boundaries. A passion for natural beauty, sustainability, and innovative storytelling. This role will be based in Middlesex (hybrid working) and requires full working rights for the UK.
