Trade Sales Support Executive
Description:
My client has an opening for an individual to join an existing, fast paced business sales team. This role would suit someone with previous B2B sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the sales team with general administrative tasks
* Handle incoming account or sales enquiries via phone and email for new and existing customers. Logging all information via Hubspot.
* Liaise with internal departments and logistics to ensure timely delivery for orders
* Answer customer queries in relation to 3000 + products
* Create sales pipelines on chosen industries for the sales team to contact
* Go the extra mile to ensure the department runs efficiently and customers have a smooth experience
Who you are:
* You have previous experience in a fast-paced environment within a sales team
* Strong communication skills via telephone, email and face to face
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software
* A strong level of numeracy
* Self-motivated, proactive individual who can forward think
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong Organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* An ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience in the home and garden sector

* 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday
