Role Purpose:
Provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the effective assessment processes within the organization. Assist with Household Support Fund applications and handle crisis line calls related to foodbank referrals and gas and electric assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the coordination and administration of Household Support Fund applications.
2. Answer calls from the crisis line and provide assistance with foodbank referrals and gas and electric support.
3. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to assessments.
4. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone.
5. Schedule and manage assessment appointments and meetings.
6. Provide support in the preparation and distribution of assessment materials.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
8. Handle confidential information with discretion.
9. Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
10. Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Minimum Requirements:
Ideally experience in dealing with Household Support Fund applications.
