Architectural Technician/ Technologist

Salary: £35-45,000 Dependant on experience
My client is well-established, RIBA chartered, and has over 20 years in the industry. As part of this role, you will be joining a medium-sized team, typically working in BIM Level 2. You will participate through all stages of the design process and delivery of projects. My clients are known for their work in the Large-Scale Industrial/ Commercial sector, specializing in Data Centres.
I'm looking to speak with Architectural Technicians/ Technologists with substantial UK-based experience, who already have a proven track record of working with Revit/ BIM designing on relevant projects.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/ Technologist:
1. Ideally CIAT qualified or working towards it.
2. Substantial UK-based experience as an Architectural Technician/ Technologist.
3. Technical expertise, creativity, and attentiveness to detail.
4. A proven history of longevity in previous practices.
5. Knowledge of UK building regulations for non-residential buildings is essential.
6. Experience with Autodesk REVIT to deliver complex large-scale buildings, in collaboration with Contractors and Consultants.
7. Understanding and expertise in the specification process and NBS software.
8. Several years of UK-based experience on large scale Commercial/ Industrial projects.
9. Track record of production and delivery of RIBA packages at Stages 4, 5, and 6.
10. Able to manage own workloads while maintaining a high level of work.
11. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
12. Motivated and hard-working.
13. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
