What we’re looking for:
* Collaborative Skills: Collaborate with senior instructional designers and developers to create innovative and interactive training courses on Articulate 360.
* Creative: Create multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, videos and assessments.
* Qualifications: Digital learning design qualification is desirable.
* Experience: Flexible, self-motivated and able to deliver on multiple projects with tight deadlines. At least one year of proven experience working with Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise to develop learning content. Experience of both designing and developing digital learning from written content. Familiarity with multimedia development tools e.g Camtasia and Vyond.
* Knowledge: Ensure eLearning courses are visually appealing, user-friendly and adhere to branding guidelines. Understanding of instructional design principles and eLearning best practices. Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning standards.
* Problem-Solving: Aptitude for solving problems and making effective decisions. Implement edits and improvements to existing courses with accuracy, to ensure high-quality and up to date learning materials. Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure courses are error-free and function properly.
* Communication: Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather and validate content.
* Promotion of Values: Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values.
* Time Management: Effective time management for planning, delivery, and assessment.
