We are looking for a National Contract Manager to manage an account portfolio comprised of TMHUK’s leading National accounts.
About the role
On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:
1. Build and maintain good customer relationships
2. Regularly review customer accounts and ensure any queries are identified
3. Work closely with account managers to fully understand customers' needs and ensure customer satisfaction
4. Maintain a clear and effective service and sales strategy
5. Promote our products and services

2. Good interpersonal skills
3. Experience in MHE is desirable
4. Previous experience in an account management role or similar
5. Administration and Microsoft Office skills
