I'm looking for a Multi Trader for an ongoing contract working on Void social housing properties around telford and surrounding areas.
The Multi Trader will be working on Void properties, and work will include:
* Carpentry
* Plumbing
* Tiling repairs
* Patch plastering
* Decorating works
Ideally, I'm looking for a Multi Trader that:
* Has experience working within social housing
* Has qualifications in Carpentry or Plumbing
* Holds a full UK Driving Licence
* Has own transport
And in return, the Multi Trader will receive:
* £22 per hour
* The opportunity for a permanent position within the business
