Frazer Jones is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Cheshire.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a strong HR generalist with excellent business partnering skills at a strategic level. The ideal candidate will have experience working through significant change and transformation, as well as a flexible approach within a busy, changing and commercial environment.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Leadership Team and wider Business to deliver business partnering service and broader key projects. Key areas of responsibility include providing strategic advice & support to managers & directors, leading on HR Change activities, developing talent strategy with business leaders, collaborating with the wider HR team & specialists, and managing employee engagement and performance management activities.
Key Requirements:
* A strong HR generalist with excellent business partnering skills at a strategic level
* Experience working through significant change and transformation
* A flexible approach within a busy, changing and commercial environment
* Ability to question and challenge as well as influence, building positive stakeholder relationships
* Experience within a complex/matrix business is highly advantageous as well as M&A

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, with 2/3 days onsite (Cheshire) hybrid working arrangement.
