Teaching Personnel are seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our partnered schools in King's Lynn. They are looking for educators to join them on a full-time basis, Monday - Friday, during term time.
This is a Special school that caters solely for children with SEMH and complex needs. Applicants must be passionate and understanding of the needs of the students you will be working with.
Upon a successful probationary period, the school may invite you to interview and transition onto a permanent contract via the temporary to permanent route. The school is looking for applicants to start as soon as possible, from February 2025!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and other support staff to enhance student well-being and academic progress.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* Experience personally or professionally working with children or adults with additional needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
* Relevant qualifications or training in special education (preferred but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
