OUR CLIENT is an established engineering and manufacturing company providing innovative heat transfer enhancement solutions to a variety of industries worldwide. Based in Alcester, they are currently recruiting for a full-time permanent Sales Engineer.

Responsibilities will include:
1. Drive global sales initiatives.
2. Develop new client relationships while fostering long-term partnerships.
3. Conduct presentations and oversee sales strategy execution.
4. Work closely with engineering and marketing support teams for seamless collaboration.
5. Attend industry events and meetings and manage CRM data meticulously.
6. Analyse and present sales metrics.
7. Obtain feedback from completed projects against agreed criteria.
The Person:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Sales or business development background, ideally in engineering or industrial sectors.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills for fostering client relationships.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
5. Strategic thinker adept at crafting and executing sales strategies.
6. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Willingness to occasionally travel for client meetings and industry events.
