Our values are diversity, collaboration, and wellbeing, offering an exciting and rewarding place to grow your career.\n\n This opportunity would be ideal for an experienced Director, Senior Architect, or Associate Director with proven experience in the education, healthcare, commercial, or residential sectors in the Midlands.\n\nPackage:\n\nSalary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum\nAnnual bonus\nGenerous holiday allowance\nEmployee ownership scheme\nFlexible working\nPrivate healthcare\nEnhanced maternity/paternity leave \n\n Office: Birmingham Centre\nHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm\n\nDuties:\n\nLead and manage the Birmingham studio operations and team\nDrive business development and secure new projects from existing and prospective clients\nRepresent and deliver the studios purpose-led strategy in the region\nOversee project delivery, ensuring design and technical quality\nMentor and develop staff at all levels within the studio\nParticipate in cross-practice design and technical reviews to continuously evolve our design approach \n\n Requirements:\n\nARB registered and Masters Qualified Architect\n10+ years of industry experience\nStrong leadership and team management skills\nProven track record in business development and client relationship management\nDeep knowledge of the Birmingham region and established local network\nExcellent communication, organisation, and mentoring skills\nConfident working with Revit and leading design reviews
