Job Description
An opportunity exists for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to manage the front of house and kitchen teams of a hugely successful and busy restaurant operation. You will be a great Host and possess previous experience in managing and leading large teams and assuming responsibility for the delivery of the business P&L.
You will be customer focused and be passionate about providing an inspiring customer experience whilst driving up the commercial contribution through sales and controlling costs.
Role details:
* At least 2 years as GM, experienced in size of site.
* Someone with a strong personality, confident and personable. Confident with VIPs.
* Used to volume, but also providing top class food and service.
* Strong leader needed to bring team together and motivate
* GM needs the drive to embed and implement potential changes already in motion.
* A strong background within restaurants, hotels or fresh food gastro pubs.
* A passionate foodie who also has the ability to produce a healthy GP
* A self-starter who relishes staff development
* Experience of running large teams on a fresh food site.
* General Manager with a High volume background is desirable
* £47,000 basic salary plus tronc £11,000.OTE £70,000.
