About the Role: As Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with Ofsted regulations, and a positive team environment. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the service and supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Development:
1. Manage and develop a team of Support Workers and Senior Staff.
2. Ensure a positive, person-centred, and therapeutic environment.
3. Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance management.
2. Care & Safeguarding:
1. Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people with EBD.
2. Implement and oversee individual care plans and behaviour management strategies.
3. Work in partnership with social workers, families, and external agencies.
3. Compliance & Quality Assurance:
1. Maintain Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
2. Ensure all policies, procedures, and safeguarding protocols are strictly followed.
3. Monitor and review the home's performance, identifying areas for improvement.
4. Career Growth & Development:
1. Access structured leadership development and career progression.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.
2. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it).
3. Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and person-centred care.
4. Passion for supporting young people with complex needs.
5. Ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver the highest standard of care.
Salary & Bonuses:
1. Salary: Up to GBP50,000 DOE
2. Bonuses: Up to GBP10,000 based on the following KPIs:
