Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and driven Graduate Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in the delivery of innovative projects, including the construction of complex networks, substations, battery storage facilities, and large-scale solar farms. Duties and Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination : Support the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met. Assist in preparing project documentation, including schedules, reports, and risk assessments. On-Site Management : Monitor construction activities to ensure they align with project designs, specifications, and quality standards. Participate in site meetings and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to address challenges and drive progress. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all project sites. Stakeholder Engagement : Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders and team members. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement : Identify and address potential issues or delays proactively to keep projects on track. Contribute to process improvements and innovation in construction project delivery. Professional Development : Engage in training and mentoring programs to gain expertise in construction management practices and renewable energy projects. Skills and Experience: Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. A good understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance principles. Desirable: Knowledge of renewable energy construction, including solar farms and battery storage facilities. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 APM or Agile. Experience with construction software tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Procore.
