We are looking for a General Manager to join the team and lead the Hotel, aiming to enhance guest experience, reputation, and profitability. You will oversee daily operations and strategic planning, collaborating closely with Heads of Departments, HR, Finance, and Commercial teams.
We seek someone who:
1. Has experience in quality lifestyle luxury properties, maintaining high standards to ensure a luxury experience for guests. Ideally, they are already at a hotel manager or operations manager level within a similar property.
2. Is highly guest-focused, with a forward-thinking and strategic approach, ideally with experience in a multi-venue luxury establishment. Always keeping guests at the center of their approach is essential.
3. Leads with a hands-on, proactive management style, identifying support needs and leading by example as an inspirational leader.
4. Can quickly problem-solve, making decisions that prioritize guest satisfaction, team support, and owner interests.
5. Has a background in luxury hospitality, with a proven record of engaging high-profile guests and groups, exceeding their service expectations.
6. Possesses commercial acumen, with experience in driving revenue and conversions.
