Responsibilities
:
1. Deep knowledge of AWS technologies such as EC2, ELB, S3, VPC, EBS, RDS, AMIs, IAM, FSX, Active Directory, DNS, CloudWatch, Lambda, Performance Insights etc.
2. Good to have experience with configuration and deployment management in a scripting language like Ansible. In this context knowledge of AWS Cloud formation/Azure Devops/Terraform helpful to run multi-server application stacks.
3. 5-8 years of experience in a highlyplex technical AWS operations environment
4. 5-8 years of experience as Windows 2016/2019 systems administrator required.
5. MS SQL Server - Standard and Enterprise deployment setup and Understanding of HA setups.
6. MS Remote Desktop Services - Remote Desktop Gateway and broker.
7. 5 or more years of PowerShell scripting experience required.
8. Version control using Git.
9. Maintains up-to-date awareness of the current and future directions of the business industry and associated technologies.
10. Networking administration experience.
What We're Looking For:
11. Candidates should be university degree level educated or equivalent and have a proven track record of software implementation experience gained ideally from a sell-side environment.
12. 8+ years of practical experience in AWS Cloud Administration preferably AWS certified Solutions Architect or Equivalent
13. Strong business acumen is essential.
14. Ability to prioritize activities by managing a constantly evolving plan measured against client requirements.
15. A natural, consultative style is essential to build client relationships and meet the evolving demands of a wide and diverse client base.
16. Detail orientated with an attention to detail.
17. Strongmunication skills required to present various levels from COO to developer, discussing hosted offering and delivering solutions across a wide array of requirements.
18. Team Player and able to interact with product, operations and technical teams in a professional manner.
