Job title: Insurance Administrator
Location: Ashford, Kent. Your own transport is required for very occasional holiday/cover in Tenterden and Dover.
Salary: £22,000
Hybrid: 12 days working from home per year, subject to Manager agreement, ensuring the offices can remain open for customers. Your new office is really modern and spacious and your desk will be on the front reception area ready to greet their loyal and valued customers.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 17.00

As an Insurance Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to both potential and existing customers. Your positive interactions will drive customer satisfaction and contribute significantly to the team's success.
Your daily duties would be to:
* Engage with customers by expertly answering incoming calls, directing inquiries appropriately, and warmly greeting visitors to the office.
* Provide support in booking review meetings to cater to customers' insurance needs.
* Manage stock effectively and ensure that marketing and business stationery is ordered in a timely manner.
* Oversee the efficient processing of incoming and outgoing post.
* Collaborate with the New Business and Marketing team to organise external events and keep social media accounts updated.
* Assist the Agency Manager in organising internal events and training sessions.
* Administer credit control processes, including customer payments and processing refunds within required time lines.
* Support the Administration Team by providing coverage during absences or high workloads, ensuring consistency and quality of service.
* Maintain excellent levels of customer service in every interaction, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Experience required for this position:
* Proven office or front desk experience.
* Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational abilities.
* Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office.
* Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage workloads effectively and remain composed under pressure.
* A collaborative spirit with a focus on building strong relationships through honesty and integrity.
