An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Design Coordinator to join our dynamic and collaborative Marketing department. This is a creative and varied role that will allow you to have a significant impact on the College's branding and communications. You will help deliver visually compelling and engaging marketing materials, supporting our mission to promote the College’s courses and services to prospective students, parents, and key stakeholders.
The Marketing Design Coordinator will play an essential role in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, with a focus on design, content creation, and digital media. Working across a variety of platforms (print, web, social media), you’ll help to elevate the College’s visual identity and ensure a consistent and compelling brand message across all materials and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Design & Content Development: Lead the design of marketing materials, including brochures, digital ads, social media visuals, email campaigns, and website content. Ensure that all design work is in line with the College’s brand guidelines and engages our target audiences.
2. Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, manage, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for various audience segments, ensuring campaigns are on-brand, on-budget, and meet defined objectives.
3. Social Media & Digital Assets: Design engaging visuals for social media platforms, website, and email marketing. Work with the team to optimise digital campaigns, ensuring strong visual appeal and maximum impact.
4. Cross-Platform Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure marketing media.
5. Trend & Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices to continually enhance the College’s creative output.
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven experience in graphic design, digital content creation, and marketing campaign management.
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
* Experience with web design, UX/UI principles, and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
* Strong copywriting skills and an understanding of content strategy across digital and print media.
* Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for creating visually engaging content.
* A degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
* Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact).
* Understanding of SEO principles and how they relate to design and content.
