Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors in Weston-super-Mare to join our client on a 4-week temporary basis. You will be required to make and answer customer calls, providing them with empathy whilst managing their expectations and ensuring they have a positive experience.
The hourly rate is £12.21 per hour and is a full-time, temporary position.

You should have excellent communication skills
Ideally, you will have previous customer service experience and be able to provide quality service to customers
The ability to work well under pressure is required
Being able to work alone and within a team is required
