SR2 are looking to hire Graduates to join our Trainee Academy to learn how to become Trainee Recruitment Consultants within the Tech market.
You must be based in Bristol.
You'll spend the first 3 months in a Training Academy where you'll learn all things Recruitment: how to source for candidates, how to make a sales call, how to manage client relationships & how to manage people through the interview process & securing them a role!
You'll be learning on the job with constant support and guidance from our Head of Learning & Development to ensure that you get up to speed as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities:
* Bringing on new clients & building up your own client base.
* Cold calling clients & booking in time to meet them face to face.
* Building a network of clients & candidates within a niche tech vertical.
* Learning all about an IT niche & becoming an expert subject matter.
* Identify & attract the best candidates & build your own network.
* Matchmaking the best talent for your client's vacancies.
* Establishing yourself as the 'go-to' recruiter within a defined market through a strong personal brand.
* Actively working with clients in the Tech for Good and consultancy sectors.
* Using the SR2 USP's to win new business & create long term partnerships with your clients and candidates.
About you:
* A recent Graduate living in or near to Bristol.
* A strong desire & clear motivation to work in the recruitment industry.
* Have a natural flair for sales and/or proven sales experience.
* Super ambitious & goal driven.
* A self-starter, able to work autonomously & take accountability for your work - you're an adult & you'll be treated like one here.
* You're comfortable with being uncomfortable - you're gonna get rejected a lot on the phone!
* You're resilient, disciplined and willing to stay consistent even when things get hard.
* Sociable and want to work hard but also have fun!
