Bid Writer - Key Accountabilities
1. Develop your written skills by working with the bid team to produce compelling responses to tender questionnaires, helping the company secure high-value contracts.
2. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business by visiting our various sites and offices and learning about the operations and processes that govern each business line.
3. Work with the Major Projects Team on new business initiatives and trials, becoming a key part of groundbreaking projects to help drive innovation and strengthen our market position.
4. Produce impactful case studies showcasing our completed projects, highlighting our technical expertise and forward-thinking solutions.
5. Collaborate and network with senior leadership and industry experts while working on high-profile projects that will give you meaningful industry experience.

Entry Requirements:
You must have graduated in 2024 or be graduating in 2025 and expected to achieve a 2:1 in any of the following areas: Business or STEM. British citizenship or UK settled status is required.

Final Assessment
