Job Title: Email Marketing Executive

Salary: £28,000-£30,000
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage all email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
2. Analyse and report on campaign performance using data and insights to optimize and refine future email marketing strategies.
3. Oversee social media management, including creating, scheduling, and posting content across various platforms.
4. Drive lead generation efforts through targeted email campaigns and social media channels.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with broader marketing strategies and goals.
The Right Candidate
We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in email marketing, data analytics, social media management, and lead generation. You will have hands-on experience with HubSpot and a passion for creating engaging, high-converting campaigns. Requirements
1. At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, including content creation, list management, and campaign optimization.
2. Strong experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret metrics and implement improvements.
3. Proven experience in social media management, including content creation and scheduling across multiple platforms.
4. Hands-on experience with HubSpot for email marketing and lead generation.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. A proactive, results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail.
