An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 6 urology specialist nurse to join an empowered, skilled urological nursing team that work across both acute hospital sites, Royal Stoke & County Hospital. This post will provide a holistic specialist nursing service for both benign and cancer patients. The post holder will be an empowered and valued member of the multi-disciplinary team, The ability to apply specialist knowledge across a range of procedures is essential as analytical and judgemental skills will require interpreting acute and other conditions, making comparisons of a range of actions required to optimise patient outcomes and where necessary liaising with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible specialist care for urological patients.
