Full job description
Work as part of the ECS administration team supporting:
1. HR, Recruitment and Compliance administration
2. Coordinate interviews
3. Join the interview panel
4. Update HR Systems with changes
5. Work on keeping compliance to a high standard
6. Data inputting and record keeping
7. Take initial ambulance and event enquiries
8. Assist the make ready team with any administrative duties
9. Coordinate with external agencies to schedule both regular and ad-hoc vehicle servicing and maintenance
10. Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance across all systems, including auditing for specific information required by other teams
11. Support reception duties
12. Answer phone calls and transfer them as necessary
13. Meet and greet clients/visitors and manage the signing in process upon arrival
14. Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
15. Manage outgoing post and record data on special deliveries
16. Be the main point of contact for the company’s facilities suppliers e.g. cleaning company
17. Manage levels of office supplies and replenish when required
18. Draft, format, and print relevant documents
19. Ensure the layout of the staff carpark is adhered to each day
20. Support commercial education course enquiries and welcome candidates on course days
