Redhill and Reigate Swimming Club (RRSC) based in Surrey is looking for a passionate and committed Head Coach to join our established team of coaches. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join a community club and drive its expansion.
Established as long ago as 1887, RRSC is a friendly and community-focused club. We aim to provide training opportunities within the right environment that enables each swimmer in the Club to reach their full potential, whether through competitive swimming success or improved fitness.
We serve our local community and provide all levels of swimming from age 7 through to Masters. The Club has approximately 150 members and has recently seen a dramatic increase in requests for trials to join us.
We consistently have swimmers entering both the Surrey County Championships and South East Regional Summer Championships. In 2025 we had our best results for some time at Surrey County Championships, finishing 11th in the overall rankings, and have many swimmers with Regional auto times, and national potential.
Training sessions take place in the early evenings during the week at pools in Reigate, Redhill, Horley and Caterham, and also on a Sunday morning in Tadworth with long course training at K2 Crawley or Surrey Sports Park once a month.
This is an opportunity for the right individual to make their mark and join a friendly and welcoming team.
