We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator / Sales Administrator to join a growing brand and manufacturer, catering to UK and export markets, known for their creativity and quality of service.
What You'll Do:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth sales operations. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, processing orders, coordinating with clients, and ensuring all sales-related documents are accurate and up-to-date.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and other departments to resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Assist with sales-related documentation and contracts.
* Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
* Provide general administrative support to the sales department as needed.
* Handle communication with customers via phone, email, or in person as required.
What You'll Bring:
* Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role is desirable.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
