The Hotels Bar & Lounge dining area is relaxed, busy, and fun, overlooking beautiful scenery, and is a good place for guests to enjoy drinks, coffee, and afternoon tea. They serve luxury buffets that have delectable British, Mediterranean, and Asian dishes. They also serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, providing guests a chance to see their chefs preparing the food in an open kitchen using rotisseries, woks, and wood-fired ovens.
As a Commis Pastry Chef, you will be helping to prepare and present this diverse cuisine. It is desirable that you have relevant qualifications like NVQ or the willingness to study for them. Previous experience would be ideal, with an obvious enthusiasm for the industry being essential. Our client is looking for a positive, flexible, and focused attitude.
